Being a reader has been a wonderful tool for spiritual development. Throughout the last few years I have met wonderful people in the same line of work, and they have all taught me a lot.
Obviously there is the odd person we may not agree with.
I get a lot of satisfaction in the sense of helping people and I do get feedback that lets me know I am on the right track. It has and it is teaching me a lot about my own limitations, such as trusting myself enough to push my boundaries and as a result learn a lot more. I have learned to pay more attention to what my body tells me when I do a reading. Some people may call it telepathy, I call it more empathy, feeling what the client feels, and detach from what their issues may be as a result.
Readings definitely can be draining especially in a market place, or shops as there is too many energies mixing with each other. I guess you could say it is a bit like too many radio stations playing at the same time on the same wavelength and trying
to listen to all of them.
I believe in my guides (for lack of a better word) otherwise I would not be doing what I am doing and enjoying it so much.
Readings to me is very much about empowerment, helping the client to decide what is best for them as after all to me the future only exists in the now.
